What we do not collect
No advertising or analytics cookies are set for the request forms, no third-party tracking pixels run, and no browsing profile is built. There is one cookie on the whole site, an owner-only admin session cookie, and it is never set for a visitor. The anti-spam honeypot field is discarded, never stored.
How it is stored
Requests are held in a private database or private storage, never a public location, and never re-served on the site. The store keeps only the most recent requests, so older entries roll off over time, and submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Who sees it
The Bathymark owner, to reply to your request. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. A request may be forwarded to the owner's own private notification channel so a genuine buyer is never missed. Commercial interest never changes a public reading, a label, or a ranking, as stated in the commercial firewall.
Removing your details
Ask, and your request details are deleted. Email the address on the contact page from the email you used, and it is removed.
Honesty note
This is a plain-language description of current practice, kept true to what the site actually does. It is not a substitute for formal legal terms, which are being prepared for the paid product.
