What Balance Persistence means here.

Account ledgers do not reveal the age of each coin. The primary public method is retained balance: min(balance at start, balance at end). Liquid, staked, bridged, contract, and exchange-labelled balances must remain separate where the chain exposes them.

What this cannot prove

Account ledgers do not expose the age of individual coins. Historical state and staking adapters are not configured by this registry.

What would activate it

An exact chain source connection, historical completeness test, rights contract, reconciliation receipt, label-confidence policy where relevant, and bounded storage path.
