Token retention requires a complete reviewed transfer ledger and a versioned balance reconstruction. Treasury, vesting, staking, protocol escrow, bridges, exchanges, and unclassified addresses remain separate.

What this cannot prove

Addresses are not people. Contract identity, chain, decimals, exclusions, and complete transfer history must be reviewed before publication.

What would activate it

An exact chain source connection, historical completeness test, rights contract, reconciliation receipt, label-confidence policy where relevant, and bounded storage path.
